MORNING YOGA CLASS WITH MARIA SABINA ARAYA
Enjoy the early natural power of yoga while practicing next to the sea where you can almost feel the energy of the waves and hear the vibrant early morning sounds of nature that surrounds you. Daily at the Beachfront Yoga Deck: 6am
According to Iyengar Yoga School the mind disolves in conciousnes and counciousness in the Soul, then we become One with us and with Everything. Yoga allows us to go deeper into ourselfes so we can build a harmonious relationship with the World that surrounds us. This has been one of the biggest quests sor Sabina, not only as a teacher, but as a student and as a human being.
This teacher's approach to Yoga will be spiritual, pragmatic, grounded but a lot of playin in unexpected moments of the class (sometimes). We like to have fun and learn and let ourselfs be.
She likes to play Acroyoga with a lot of caution. She likes alignment and the differents kinds of energy (Anusara School). Currently studying sutras and singing Mantras.
Her YTT .300hours. Traditional Thai Massage Training and Elemental Acroyoga Org. Inmersion (2014). She has been teaching in touristic areas and in cities beetween Nicaragua and Costa Rica where she is happy to be from.
