As a result of the official travel advice about the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we will be temporarily applying a flexible cancellation policy on bookings meeting the below criteria:
For any New Reservations traveling between March 11th through December 15, 2020:
Pre-payment equal to 100% of the total amount of your stay, is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Full refund for cancellations up to 16 days or more prior to arrival.
Cancellations received 15 days or less prior to arrival, will apply a 100% penalty, UNLESS PROOF OF:
- Flights grounded or canceled
- Government implementation of travel restrictions
- Medical conditions
On these 3 cases, we will allow rebooking travel within one year of existing reservation except during holiday blackout dates (December 20th, 2020 – January 2nd, 2021)

The above policies also apply to any modifications made 15 days or less prior to the arrival date.
No shows, early departures or unused portions of packages are non-refundable.
The above policies are not valid for group bookings (4+ rooms) and/or holiday travel.
