You will enjoy three exceptional meals prepared each day by our talented chefs. Savor delicious local foods, such as coconut chicken and beef kebabs prepared with a mango and tamarind chutney. Catch your own fish from the Gulf and let our chefs create grilled creations of yellowfin tuna, mahi-mahi and red snapper. Savor fresh squeezed juices and salsas to enhance your food experience. BREAKFAST
Every morning, buffet table is set with:
Fruit platter consisting of fresh tropical fruits (mango, banana, starfruit, papaya, watermelon)
Granola cereal
Homemade Sweet Bread/Muffins
Fresh squeezed fruit juice
Costa Rican coffee and assorted teas
Followed by the breakfast of the day:
Banana pancakes accompanied with bacon
Homemade blackberry syrup

The boca, Spanish for appetizer, is served at our bar each evening when guests gather before dinner to talk about their day´s adventures.
