Our open-air restaurant, nestled high in the rainforest canopy, offers a treehouse ambiance with stunning views. Gather and meet  other guests from around the globe at our common lodge table or dine privately at your own table with your family or travel companion. 
Enjoy delicious dishes prepared by our local chef, featuring freshly caught fish, tropical fruits, and vegetables grown on our 165-acre preserve. From sun-ripened mangoes to coconuts and papayas, every bite reflects the vibrant flavors of our surroundings. Gather with loved ones around our beautifully carved tables or dine privately in a tranquil setting, savoring every moment and every taste of this lush paradise.

Our Sample Menus

Experience a tropical culinary delight with healthy, local cuisine paired with fresh fruit cocktails and sublime ocean views and coastal rainforest. Savor delicious local foods along with squeezed juices and salsas to enhance your food experience. Dive into homemade and organic desserts. Vegetarian dishes and children's menus are available.

Breakfast

Every morning, buffet table is set with:

  • Fruit platter consisting of fresh tropical fruits (mango, banana, starfruit, papaya, watermelon)
  • Granola cereal
  • Homemade Sweet Bread/Muffins
  • Fresh squeezed fruit juice
  • Costa Rican coffee and assorted teas

Followed by the breakfast of the day:

  • Banana pancakes accompanied with bacon
  • Homemade blackberry syrup
  • Typical breakfast with gallo pinto and eggs
  • Omelette Chef's style
  • Breakfast burrito
  • Eggs with ham or bacon and toasts

  • Black bean and mixed vegetable Quesadillas with
  • Homemade pico de gallo salsa
  • Mixed Salad topped with hearts of palm
  • Fresh squeezed mango/watermelon/banana fruit juice
  • Dessert: Coconut cake and fruit

BOCA / APPETIZER

Served at our bar each evening when guests gather before dinner to talk about their day´s adventures.

  • Freshly caught fish (mahi-mahi, yellow fin tuna, red snapper, etc.)
  • grilled and topped with mango sauce
  • Carrots and spinach sautéed in ginger
